Okapp Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

These Terms & Conditions apply to the okapp platform and all associated services. okapp is a licensed online betting and gaming platform operating under international gaming authorities.

General Betting Rules

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (ten BDT).
• The maximum bet limit for an event is displayed separately for each market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Any bet successfully placed will remain valid even if your internet connection drops afterwards.
• If a bet fails to register due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final. Odds may fluctuate during a match due to technical delays.

Bet Cancellation Policy

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded.
• OKApp reserves the right to correct or void any odds offered based on incorrect information.
• Bets placed as a result of fraud or a system error will be considered void.

OKApp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be met before any bonus withdrawal.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

Regular Promotions

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Bonus Abuse — using betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Any attempt to hack the okapp system or breach its security.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Bypassing KYC verification using false identity or information.

Under certain circumstances, OKApp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account.

Reasons for Account Suspension

• If any discrepancy is found in the information provided during registration.
• If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• During investigation of alleged prohibited activity.

Self-Requested Account Closure

• Permanent Self-Exclusion: the account cannot be reopened.
• Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.
